What teams ask first

What is TrialFlow?

The management system for clinical research organizations and site networks. Every department gets live reports with a plain-language brief, comparators on every figure and the records behind every number, all on one Hub with an organization health score.

Does it store patient data?

No identifiable patient data is needed. TrialFlow works from de-identified operational data: studies, visits, awards, invoices, enrollment counts. Patient aggregates are stored as counts, never as individual health records.

How is data kept separate between organizations and teams?

Every query is scoped to your organization. Within it, users can be limited to departments and to their own rows (for example one regional manager), and that limit applies to charts, records, exports and the Dr. Flow assistant alike.

What is Dr. Flow?

A data assistant that answers questions in plain language from the figures TrialFlow has already calculated, with no AI cost for most questions. It tolerates typos, lists every relevant figure, and only calls an AI model when your question needs it, within a daily limit.

How do we connect our data?

Upload spreadsheets or connect Google Sheets, a database or an API. Columns are mapped once to TrialFlow’s metric catalogue, and every report bound to them updates on each sync.

How long does onboarding take?

Most teams are live in days: we connect your sources, bind the reports you need and assign owners to alerts. No infrastructure or developers are needed on your side.
